Here are the measurements:

Card base is 4.25x11 1/4 inches, score on the long side at 5 1/2, 5 3/8 and 5 3/4 inches

Mats are cut at 4x5 1/4 inches you will need two for outside and two for inside.

The inside folding part is cut at 5 1/2x5 1/2 inches and scored at 2 3/4 both ways and then at an angle from one point to the other.

Mats for this part are cut at 2 1/2x2 1/2 inches you will need to score two of them from point to point on the angle or just cut them in half from point to point so you can place them on the squares that are scored in center.

The two extra flaps that you clue on the sides of this part are cut at 3x2 3/4 inches and scored on long side at 1/4 inch. Glue to the opposite corners away from the ones that are folded down the center. Place mats on these and decorate the front and you are finished.
