Our new April kits are in and boy are they beautiful. The paper from Prima's new line "Lady Bird" is just the beginning of the lovely items included in this kit. Also we have laces and trims from Cindy's Vintage Cafe on Zibbet, and our Butterfly album was created by Sa Crafters also on zibbet. Retreat Weekend of fun, fun, fun!!

Wish all of you could be with us this weekend for our annual Winter Scrapbook Retreat! We are having a blast! We have 23 wonderful creative ladies here with us, I don't know if we are getting more scrapbooking or eating done! lol Our theme this time is "Disney" so anything Disney goes. We have seen lots of beautiful pages, albums, paper, mouse ears, Goofy has made an appearance...well you get the idea. Just wanted to share our photos of our "SCRAPATEER" for each day and a few photos of the fun we are having.

 

 



Mini album made from "bill paying" envelopes!

I had a request to show a little mini album that I created using my stash of "bill paying" envelopes. I showed this on my YouTube as I was talking about something just to keep from having a blank screen for you to look at and I had a few request to show more, so here you go, hope you enjoy. This project is very simple and comes together in no time at all and you use recycled "bill paying" envelopes the ones you usually throw away. Thank you all for your comments, I really enjoyed making this one. And yes that is me in a boa, this was at one of our scrapbooking retreats. we usually dress up and have a theme. Our theme at this one was "Diva Days" lol.

Valentine project

This is my Valentine project created with the Echo Parks Love Story collection which was our February kit. This kit was so beautiful and had lots of great items for wonderful projects. I did all this and still have lots of paper and embellishments for card making. Love this kit!! (Please excuse the purple measuring tape lol, didn't notice it until I uploaded :) )

New collections from G45 paper

G45 has outdone themselves this time. I love these new collections and can't wait to create with them. The French Country is so vintage with the browns and tans not to mention the rooster lol. And my favorite is the Secret Garden...oh my is all I can say about this line. And G45 has also teamed up with Co'ordinations paper company to create the matching card stock! This is even better! Our featured Designer today for our blog is Melina Pylant

 Melina says here art is simple, I say simple maybe but very elegant. She has a clean style and never seems to need to look at another project for inspiration. I am very proud of her for the artist she is and being my daughter. She is the "M" in Scrapbooking With ME.

 These are projects she created using our January kit, and she says she still has some things left. Great job Melina.
